Welcome to Corfu Sluta Leta Rentals! Below are our simple and transparent rental terms so you know exactly what to expect – no hidden fees, no surprises.
Driver Requirements
We proudly rent to all licensed drivers aged 18 and above – no upper age limit.
All of our vehicles are fully insured for young and senior drivers, making us one of the few companies on Corfu offering this flexibility.
Driving License
We accept any valid driver’s license, including:
- International licenses
- Newly issued licenses (even less than a month old)
Just bring your driver’s license and either your ID or passport. No extra paperwork needed.
Vehicle Reservations
Reservations are based on vehicle groups, not specific models.
If your chosen model is unavailable, we will provide a similar or upgraded car at no extra charge.
Minimum Rental Period
- Minimum rental duration: 1 day
- For extensions, please contact us in advance
- Late return fee: 1/5 of the daily rate per delayed hour
Payment Options
We offer flexible payment methods:
You can pay in advance or on arrival.
Deposit & Insurance
No deposit required with Premium Insurance or Premium Plus.
With Basic Insurance, a refundable security deposit is required.
All cars come with:
- Third-party insurance (as required by Greek law)
- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Optional Insurance Upgrades:
- Premium cover with lower excess
- Theft & fire protection
- Tire and glass protection
- Personal accident insurance
What Insurance Doesn’t Cover
Insurance is void in cases of:
- Driving under influence of alcohol or drugs
- Off-road driving or reckless behavior
- Wrong fuel usage
- Lost keys or theft due to negligence
- Damage to interiors, roof, or undercarriage
- Unlisted drivers operating the vehicle
A police report is mandatory for all insurance claims.
Fuel Policy
Cars must be returned with the same fuel level as delivered.
- If less: the difference is charged
- If more: no refund
Mileage & Island Use
- Unlimited mileage on Corfu
- Travel outside Corfu requires prior written approval and insurance extension
Child Seats
We offer:
- Baby seats (0–2 yrs)
- Child seats (2–5 yrs)
- Booster seats (5–10 yrs)
Available upon request. Installation is the customer’s responsibility.
Pickup & Return – Airport, Port, Hotels
- Free delivery & pickup at Corfu Airport and Port from 08:00–22:00
- After-hours service: €25 overnight fee
- Hotel & villa delivery available – we’ll contact you via WhatsApp, Viber, or Telegram
At the airport: we’ll message you upon arrival and meet you outside the terminal. Our office is also just 500m from the airport.
Vehicle Condition & Support
- All cars are cleaned, sanitized, and serviced
- 24/7 roadside assistance
- Vehicle replacement within 24 hours in case of breakdown
Traffic & Parking Fines
The renter is responsible for any fines or penalties during the rental period.
Pets
Pets are welcome only with proper transport equipment. Please inform us in advance.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Reservations are held for 45 minutes without notice
- Cancellations without notice may result in a 1-day charge
- No refunds for early return of the vehicle
Accidents
In the event of an accident:
Travel Outside Corfu
Vehicles may not leave Corfu without prior permission.
Insurance and roadside assistance do not apply outside the island unless additional coverage is purchased.
Changes to Terms
Corfu Sluta Leta Rentals reserves the right to update terms at any time.
Online prices may change based on demand and availability.
