Reservation & Booking
How can I make the reservation?
The reservation can be done through our online system, by mail, telephone or fax. No deposits or open credit cards are taken.
After completing the reservation can I modify it?
Yes, you can modify your reservation, but please inform us as soon as possible to adjust the schedule.
How do I pay for my reservation?
You can pay for your reservation by card or cash during the pickup of your car, and you’ll get a 10% discount.
How do I know if my reservation is confirmed or not?
For the confirmation of every reservation you will be informed through an email sent by a representative of our company after the reservation has been sent.
Can I reserve a car rental for someone else?
Yes, of course, but personal information regarding the driver must be included in the reservation form.
After picking-up my reserved car can i modify it?
Yes, it’s possible to modify your reservation at any time.
Are the prices online the same if I hire a car from your office?
No. All the details and prices shown on the website are for online bookings ONLY. Cars booked directly from the office have different prices. Extras such as GPS and Full optional insurance are the same price.
Rental Policies and Requirements
What is your cancellation policy?
You can modify or cancel your reservation by sending an email at corfuslutaleta@gmail.com or calling at (+30) 698 806 0294 at least 48 hours before. No cancellation fees will be applied.
Can I extend my Rental Period?
If available, you may extend your rental period beyond the original booking.
What if I return the Car late?
If you return the car later than 30 minutes, there will be a charge of ¼ of the day.
Do I get a refund if I return the car early?
Unfortunately, no refund can be given if you return the car earlier than agreed.
If my flight will be delayed for a few hours will there be penalties?
If your flight has been delayed our staff will wait for you at the airport, whatever time with no extra cost at office operating hours (08.00 - 22.00).
After these hours there is an additional fee of 25EUR for our representative.
What are the age Requirements?
You can rent a car with Sluta Leta Corfu Airport Car Rental, if you are over 18 years old for groups A, B, C and at least 25 years old for other groups of cars.
Do I need an International Driver's License?
No, an International Driver’s License is not required to rent and drive a car in Corfu.
What Documentation is required during the arrival?
Upon arrival, please provide a valid driver’s license and ID/passport.
Are there any mileage limits?
No, there are no mileage limits, so you can drive as far as you need.
Is there a minimum rental duration?
Yes, the minimum rental period is at least 1 day for all bookings.
Insurance and Liability
Can I rent a car with full insurance coverage?
Yes you can. We have option Full insurance ( Super Collision Damage Waiver) with 100 - 300 excess age group 18-75
Do you need insurance to rent a car?
No, you don’t need to have insurance to rent a car. Though it is strongly recommended to get Full Insurance so that you can enjoy your vacations carefree.
What if I am involved in a car accident?
First you will contact us at the phone number that it will be given to you by our representative the day of the pick up, then the police will come shortly at the place of the accident in order you to complete the accident report & all the services needed.
Are there any zero-liability insurances offered?
Yes, you can choose “Total Vehicle Protection” during the booking process, which includes S.C.D.W. (Super Collision Damage Waiver) and F.T.W (Fire & Theft Protection). The cost of this coverage depends on the car group selected. Otherwise, there is an excess for these car parts, and the cost varies based on the car group.
Car Pickup and Return
What if I would like to pick-up or drop-off my car after hours?
If you want to pick up or drop off your car after hours, there will be an additional charge of 20-30Euros.
Where do you deliver?
Corfu Sluta Leta delivers for free to:
Corfu Airport (Branch Office)
Gouvia (Main Office)
Anywhere else with additional fee.
My Flight or boat might be delayed. Will you wait for me? Will I be charged extra?
If your flight or boat is delayed, there will be no extra charges. Our colleague will communicate with you via WhatsApp during your trip to let us know when you’ll arrive.

How & where should I return the car?
Please return the car at the previously agreed upon time and location.
Vehicle Information and Features
Is the tank of the car full of petrol?
All cars comes with petrol, however you must return the car the same amount of petrol as you hired it with. If it is less petrol you will incur a small fee.
What should I do in case of any problems with my car?
Before you start driving always check the fuel warning light, especially if you do not know how far the next gas station is located.

How much luggage can fit in my car?
The amount of luggage that can fit in your car depends on the car group selected and the size of your luggage.
How can I know if my chosen car is available?
You’ll receive an email with all the details of your car reservation. Please check your spam folder if you can’t find it.
Miscellaneous
How we will meet each other?
If your booking is from the Corfu Airport, our colleague will send you text to your WhatsApp, to inform you with which car, we'll come to pick you outside from arrivals (Terminal A Area). If you choose walk-in, our new office is 500 m. distance from Corfu airport.
Am I allowed to get your cars on a ferry and drive them outside Corfu?
You are not allowed to take car rentals on a ferry without a written permission of Corfu Sluta Leta. Moreover, road assistance services concerning the mainland of Greece must be added in your insurance package. For taking the car to mainland Greece we have optional fee at extras around (100 – 120) EUR.
What about the Operating Hours?
Our business operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Are there any offers or discounts available?
Yes, we offer discounts if you pay for your reservation by cash or card during the pickup of your car.
